Contact Us Before You Return

Wrong size? Unexpected fit? Damaged on arrival? Email us at support@gizado.com first — in many cases we can offer a partial refund, store credit, or a replacement without you needing to send anything back.

Our 30-Day Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date. No unnecessary questions — just a fair and straightforward process.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags still attached
  • Returned in original or equivalent packaging

Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage cannot be accepted.

Not eligible for return:

· Sale items and items purchased with a discount code

· Items marked as final sale

· Returns initiated after 30 days of delivery

Return Shipping

As we ship directly from our fulfilment partners across Europe, return shipping is arranged and covered by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we are unable to take responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Once we have reviewed your return request, we will provide you with the correct return address.

How to Return

Ship your item Pack securely and send using a trackable shipping method

Refund processed Once received and inspected, your refund is issued within 5–7 business days

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. The refund is issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return your item and place a new order.
