Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
We process all orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery across Europe takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. All orders include free shipping — no minimum spend, no hidden fees.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a personal tracking link. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking to update after dispatch.

Do you ship to my country?
We ship to all countries across Europe. If your country is available at checkout, we deliver there. If you're unsure, contact us at support@gizado.com.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@gizado.com. We'll do our best to help.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Please email us at support@gizado.com before returning — in many cases we can offer a solution without you needing to send anything back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Products & Sizing

How do I find my size?
Every product page includes a detailed size guide. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

What is the quality of your clothing?
Every Gizado piece is carefully selected for fabric quality, fit, and finish. We work with trusted suppliers to ensure each item meets our standards before it reaches you.

Payments

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and iDEAL.

Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure payment system with SSL encryption. We never store your payment details.
